We have a lot of new controllers eager to staff up facilities to drive traffic. Isn't that great!! Given GCAP restrictions there remain doubts that traffic can be drummed up at non-Tier I/II positions. Show our staff wrong and fly where you see booked staffing...even better ignore MSP and OMA altogether! We will be happy to see you elsewhere?
